Exciting news for all Earthlings: Futurama is Coming
The Moment all Futurama Fans have been waiting for is almost there!!! In less than two weeks Futurama’s sixth Season will have it’s premiere at Comedy Central! The Channel has just released the official trailer of the first Episode. And, take it from me, this Sneak Preview looks Fantastic!
I’d like to welcome you, Dear Futurama Fan, to this blogpost! I am happy to tell you that there’s nothing but great Futurama stuff I’d like to share with you throughout this article! So let’s start right away…
There has been little bit doubt if all original cast members would be returning, but that’s all settled now. The entire Futurama voice-cast has signed contracts with Fox to return for at least 26 more episodes. So we can all start breathing again! The Comedy Central website tells us that a brand new Futurama Season will air on the twenty first of June at 10:00 p.m.
I was wondering at first if the Series would retain it’s original QuaIity but after seeing the Sneak Preview I am totally convinced that we’re going to have a fantastic new Futurama Season. Now let’s talk about the Series itself for a moment, before I give up some more Good Stuff…
Futurama is from the same creator as the Simpsons and follows the lives of Fry, Leela and Bender and their crazy adventures. The Series is set in New New York at the turn of the 31st century, in a time filled with technological wonders. The city of New New York has been built over the ruins of present-day New York City, referred to as “Old New York.
Futurama is known for it’s absurd humor forcing you to become a die-hard fan right away! Just like other shows such as the Simpsons or Family guy it’s full of satirical depiction of everyday life and parodical comparisons to the present…and I simply love that!
Last but not least I’ ll give you some good advice. For all of you who didn’t know a thing about Futurama yet and also for hardcore fans dying to see some old Futurama episodes! You don’t have to buy anything, you can just Watch Futurama Episodes for free at numerous websites throughout the web! And take it from me: there are a lot of funny details to discover in em. Especially when you realize that a single Futurama Episode takes up to nine months to create. There are also four Fantastic Futurama Movies!
